"Was ok. Nothing special. Naan was kind of doughy. Curry bit tasteless, saffron rice equally ordinary. Decor aging. Service friendly. Prices average. Came here cause my first choice was closed and this was ranked high but probably would not return. Was in Lismore last week...and chose no 1 trip advisor restaurant and it was amazing. (Flavour of India), tonight's dinner very average. Oily yuk kind of taste left in mouth. Perhaps a diff dish would be better???"

"I have eaten at Vines many times but today we really lost out and wasted our money.We ordered Satay Chicken rice bowl- sounds simple and delicious right?WrongWe got a bowl of wet rice with tasteless chicken, not one peanut or even flavour of peanut which is or am I mistaken- satay sauce?? Who was in the kitchen, the chefs 10 year old?Then the chai lattes were cold and the cake we ordered came out way after the drinks. The cake was lime and coconut but was non cake, stiff and cold with a hilarious dribble of cream.What happened!!??We should have ordered the Grazing Plate.Jacqui and Lee"

"A wonderful and atmospheric 50s diner that wasn't built too long ago. The staff are well-known in town for good reason; they are some of the most friendly people in town. The food has always been good here (I recommend the ham and cheese toasted sandwich) and the ice cream is of top quality, if a little expensive. After all it's glowing praise here, there is no reason not to stop into IScream to have more than just an Ice Cream"
