Often come here for their nice cappuccino, always deserted! Maybe they do better in the evenings! Not particularly comfortable with the draught from the open do...

Popped in for a light breakfast and was treated to a nice toasted bacon chibata with a generous pot of tea.service was excellent and the setting was pleasent.

We dropped in for coffee and cake. Lovely vanilla latte and a nice big bakewell slice. Good service and friendly too. Will definitely call back again for lunch...

"So sweet place with a very cozy and earthy atmosphere. coffee cake really came out fast and waitress was very friendly. chai cake was unusual (a lot less sweet than they expect, in any case tasted healthy, but tasty, and my decaf latte was excellent not too hot, so it 't bitter, beautiful and strong, good taste and not too thick/thin texture wise. not too much sitting opportunity, but it would be worth waiting for a table to be free!"

"What can I say by far the best place in the bay for the best coffee in the bay! fabulous cake, sandwiches and breakfast. the personal is great and the owner is also beautiful, even if they go alone, they are not as personal always chatting with them. all in a great small retro coffee shop.
