I would like to give them a five-star, as the ingredients are always fresh and tasty, but they can not seem to get my order straight to the square. it is annoying to always have to check them and find out it is not square cut. they offer them to make another pizza, but this takes another 10-15 minutes to get. if they get the square cut orders right, I will gladly update to give stars! Hadn’t used Papa John’s for a few years, so thought I’d give them a try. Ordered via the website which was easy to use. However the food took 1 hour 50 minutes to be delivered. I ordered on a Sunday at 17:45. I called after an hour or so and the operative on the phone was polite and apologetic.
