"This tour was worthwhile in length, and interesting information and sights shared. The guide was knowledgeable and the tasting staff were friendly. We even got to smell and taste at different stages of the brewing process. There was lots to see and do (and definitely book for lunch too)."

"The food tasted good enough nothing groundbreaking, and I eat and cook a lot of Japanese food, but the actual dealbreaker was the service. we waited one hour, a whole hour, between the first and second cure of our o-makase menu. no explanation, no excuse. Given the very high price of food, this was obviously unacceptable."
