really nice, fresh and very welcoming cooked. more expensive than elsewhere. we had a big tod and chips small tods and wurst with chips and my daughter gave a big daum to the wurst in the teig. the teig was crisp and the big tods was big enough for 2 adult to share. will definitely be back. our preferred chip was closed (Baxter’s sutton bridge, worth the 15 miles round drive.) I thought nick was worth a try, but what a mistake. the cod, to order fried, was about 6mm thick and 40mm wide, strongly lined in thick dough, the chips dry. never again! View all feedback.
