"Arrived to pick up our order on Friday and they did not have it ready. The man was very rude and claimed we never even placed the order. After a couple of minutes he actually found our order but instead of putting it down for Friday they put it down for Tuesday. Prior to that we had to even prove on our phone that we actually did call Highway bakery because he just would not believe us. So they wrote down the wrong date but refused to admit that they did. He said he would support his employee rather than the customer and said that we were not telling the truth. I am totally done with Highway bakery. We left there and went down to Pearson's who were wonderful and gave us just what we want it"

"These are the best subs I've ever had. Seriously. I usually get the super submarine sandwich, and I love the garlic fries. This is a great restaurant for feeding large groups. The drive thru is usually quite long, but inside is usually not too long. Very recommended."

"I never give reviews I usually just take the L and move on but this time I felt like I had to make it known. I?m very verrrry disappointed in my meal tonight. I ordered fettuccine chicken Alfredo there was absolutely no flavor what so ever!! It was sobland where?s the spices?! Not even a drop of salt? I?m so bummed right now. However, I did experience nice customer service.The woman on the phone was cool."

"First time trying Capri Pizza and it was very good. Ordered our pizza ?par-baked? in the afternoon and popped it in the oven at dinner time to finish cooking. It was just like I ordered it and it was delivered to my table."

"New owners bought this business recently and still have the same name and same food menu but are not honoring gift cards bought under the same name from the old owners. This is NOT good customer service on their part. When they rebrand their establishnent, I or my family surely will not give our hard earned money to these owners that don 't care about us!!"
