The worst part about moving up to Midvale was leaving Rockwell ice cream in Provo! But now they are here! SO happy they are up here because this is THE BEST ice cream. They have great ice cream but the last 3 times I've gone there, they have one teenager working, looking way overwhelmed with a long wait. The manager of this place should be ashamed of themselves. Add to the fact they are constantly out of ice cream or to go options, this place is really hit and miss. "It took almost an hour until we could get our appetizers and salads. the waiter said he forgot to submit our order. everything was really slow - my mushroom ravioli was not good. I didn't even eat it. my man said his healed was okay. I wanted dessert, but our other food took so long as we were worried that it would take too long so we left. pays $150 and will not be back."

"Update: I upgraded my 4 stars to 5 stars because of one younger guy working there. The customer service he had was spot on and he was patient with me while I was trying to decide what to get. With so many yummy choices, I appreciate his patience to let me look at the entire menu. They were out of the dirtball cookies that I wanted, but the sugar cookie was still delicious. I absolutely love the Shark Attack drink. There were about 10 cars in line, but we were only in line maybe 5-6 minutes."

"I've come a few times. I love the flavor and the food. There one in Lehi that is my Favorite location. But everything I come here they always under serve me. Like the bowl of noodles is never full especially when I order a large which is upsetting. I feel like they should giving a normal amount. Like the other location. I still love the food just the service at this one sucks."

"Can?t go wrong with the Long John. About 2.5x3.5? long, it?s a HUGE Rectangular donut that is pudding filled with a chocolate top. Amazing. Even better with the chocolate milk they have. Also it is a true bakery with artisan and regular breads, but their square donuts are delectable. Absolutely old fashioned, sweet goodness. Light and fluffy and done right. All other kinds of good treats too"
