"Myself my wife stayed here for 1 night on Thursday 8th September. The room was smashing had character was also very well presented clean. In the morning we went for breakfast what can I say except absolutely wonderful. We've stayed in lot's of places in different areas this was most certainly the best breakfast we have ever been served, just beautiful perfectly cooked. Also I must praise the lady who looked after us at breakfast who's name we did not get. She was very attentive sociable it turned out she has relatives in the town that we live, small world. We would sure love to return one day please don't change anything, just spot on. Very many thanks from George Sue from King's Lynn."

"We meet some friends from Lincoln at the Six Bells about every six months and have never been disappointed, and yesterday was no exception. Although they very busy, the staff were all very efficient and friendly. The food was very good, the menu being quite game based. I had the terrine to start and then the pheasant, both of which were excellent, and finished with the white chocolate parfait, which I have had on every visit. The only downside were the pickled mushrooms which were delivered when we arrived: I had one and it was so highly vinegary that it nearly blew my socks off, but I quickly recovered to enjoy the meal. Highly recommend and we look forward to our next visit."
