What mikesierra likes about Hare And Hounds:
This is a great place to get an inexpensive, but very good meal. The menu has all the pub staples, such as lasagne at £7.50 but, try the prawns in batter at £10, as an alternate to scampi. It is very popular and booking is recommended. View all feedback. What BusterEngland doesn't like about Hare And Hounds:
Two of us enjoyed a dinner, finding two unusual starters in big fat juicy prawns on sourdough bread, with aeoli dressing, and Hoisin duck with pomeganate on chinese salad, We both went for the Cod loin with mussels sauce for mains, and Bakewell tart with cream for sweet. Washed down with some of the guest ale of course, from Hopshackle. View all feedback.
