"Visited recently, was expecting high things after seeing other reviews, I must have been eating in a different restaurant!! Starters very good, main poor poor poor, lasagne served with no additions of garlic bread or salad, chips served with others mains were frozen chips! Tiramisu is the worst I have ever eaten, a sponge cake with cream, have brought better from supermarkets, walked out wondering what I had paid for and certainly why I had paid it!!, Will never return"

"Employees are not professional. Coffe machine is in horrible condition. Groups are not cleaned so it gives a very bitter taste of the coffee. Also visible tension between colleagues and taste of racism. Never again going back."

"I have eaten here often and the food is consistently excellent. There are several veggie dishes on the menu, and sometimes specialties. they also have various special events throughout the year. Service is fast and friendly."

"We had a fantastic evening in dougies last night. that was great. the service was excellent and the whole evening was very pleasant. great birthday meal for our daughter and the last touch at the end with the sparkling and personal birthday news on her teller finished the evening beautiful. very recommended."

"Best Kebab in this case is one a name it does not best describe the eatery itself , in fact far from it . In the early days of Best kebab it was run but a friendly team that was back in 1996 until 2002 but its changed hands several times since then and the quality of the food is disgusting and the attitude of the staff much the same . These guys handle the food with the same hands that put cash in the til minutes before and i had noticed that was a common thing with them . The food sadly lack quality and the chips are either greasy or under cooked , by all means try it but youll be wasting your hard earned cash ."
