Got the tofu bowl with vegan cheese. It was pretty hard to eat. The taste was not great and the dish just seemed random. The green sauce is not very good. Even having a better curry sauce would help the dish. And adding some sweet glaze on top of the tofu? Idk maybe just scrap the dish altogether and come up with a better vegan option.
