Visiting the area for a friend's wedding and popped in for some coffee and breakfast. I had the vegetarian breakfast made vegan. They were happy to accommodate me and swap out the eggs for something else. My partner also had the vegetarian breakfast (with the eggs). Waited at the allocated area to be seated. After a fair bit of time passed, with numerous staff passing by without any kind of acknowledgement, I began to doubt I was waiting in the correct place to be allocated a seat. I approached a staff member, to be told in a curt tone to wait over at area I had stood waiting. I returned and waited …. And waited. The chef made a croissant for my breakfast ! The coffee beans are roasted locally in Glasgow. The owner takes great pride in his establishment.
