Contribute FeedbackThe Japanese restaurant received mixed reviews with complaints about service, food, and reservation issues, leading to disappointment among some customers. Despite this, others praised the delicious Omurice dishes and the warm hospitality, suggesting that the restaurant has potential. The limited menu and wine selection were noted, but the overall atmosphere was enjoyable. Considerations for improvement include training staff properly, expanding the menu further, and maintaining consistent quality across all dishes. In conclusion, while the restaurant has room for growth, it still offers a unique dining experience worth exploring.
We had the hot pot special, sashimi and sake. It was OK but we've had better in the city at the same price point. Might eventually give it another go to try their omurice
Waiter need to training properly I was given her the orders quite few of dishes I know it’s busy day and ask her can you repeat the orders please she said no need. After that obviously she missed one thing and give wrong one to us. Her service quite poor the Japanese hotpot machine was out of gas. taking forever to boil the water and the people came after me they already finished their hotpot then the waiter came to us to change the gas. I’m a return customer came to this Japanese restaurant quite few time but this time I don’t think I’ll recommend my friends to come over anymore. Butter ramen supposed to be my favourite in this restaurant but it was super salty that day. They just said I’ll let the chef know and that is it
Great food and customer service. Will def come back again
Good was average but pricey, portion is small and dinner menu is small
We loved Monou! We had such an authentic, passionate welcome. The ambience was lovely, and the food was delicious
