Stopped in for lunch on the way to Norwich. There is a large free car with park just to the side. This pub has old world charm with a large open fire and lots of locals stopping for a lunch time drink. Good range of local food. I had the bangers and mash which were delicious with the sausages from the local butcher. There was also a good range of Ales. Staff were really friendly and the chef even popped out to check... It would have been easier to take the 581 bus outside The Castle Inn instead of walking. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating available. I'm not sure if they serve food, so it's recommended to call ahead! View all feedback.
