Upmarket pub dining experience. Quite expensive but very good food cooked well. Homemade chips which a lot of places don't do. I had the steak which was £30 without vegetables. The starters were on average £10 with sweets around £8. They do cheaper options. The food we had was well cooked with quality ingredients. We haven't been back for a couple of years because it's not very local to us. We through that we will visit again. Very cold inside, sat right in front of the bar next to the open fire which was on but very strange, hardly any heat coming from it !!! Had a large glass of wine £16.35 come on that's is wrong.
