As a regular customer of Cafe Neros all over the UK, this is actually one of my favorites! Large, spacious, clean, consistent quality and always very friendly and hard-working staff! Kudos to the team! There are actually 2 different Cafe Neros at Bluewater. Some have confused them and posted photos from the other here. This one is inside House of Fraser. View all feedback.
A change in their coffee beans has meant their coffee is far better, not as bitter as it used to be. Nice staff and a pleasant atmosphere.
Great coffee, quick and friendly service. There was ample, comfortable seating. The tables were all clean.
