Tonight, my husband ordered food from Lucky Fortune and brought home fried scallops and I have to say these were the BEST I've ever had from Lucky Fortune. I will never understand why people choose to cater to black folks when they obviously do not like or respect black folks. There are so many other places you can go. There is one woman in particular who is regularly rude and always defers to Chinese when people have questions or concerns. I asked what vegetables come with the shrimp lo mein. I called in order and it was a little over $9 for the sandwich. When I arrived, I parked in the square. My food was ready when I got there and I paid with credit and went.
