I've only been here twice. Today was my third time with my 4 year old autistic son. I wanted to use self service machine to pick meal and pay. However every time I pushed button to start order. It wouldn't allow me to proceed on both machines. So I'm standing there waiting to get served, it felt like forever but only 2-3 minutes. No one attending to us.
