I personally work here, been here for about 6mo or so I always make sure our cookies are fresh! We know no one wants a hard cookie! The biscuit cake was decent, with the exception of yellow frosting, which tasted obliquely. The two cookies (Makademia and Karamell) were both stable. Never before in a Mrs Fields that can't measure up to supermarket cookies. View all feedback.
Staff seemed to help us and they had only a minimal amount of chocolate chip Nibler available. She complained about a break. Nibblers ok but expensive.
