I ordered chefs special curry and fried rice. the cook special came and the rice, but the curry part did not. It happened twice. it looks like they've changed chefs. the salt and pepper chicken is good, although 27/10/2021. last night tested the Spesh-Curry. was really withdrawn. it was a really good one, and as the name describes it. so everything is forgiven. 2 more stars added read more.

Again having placed our order, when we arrived home we had part of the order missing and part of the order we received wasn’t ours. The food is excellent quality but the breakdown is at point of order, please sort otherwise you will lose lots of business! read more.

"This place is a hidden gem, I have driven past so many times but have just never been in. Me, my mum and sister visited and had the autumn afternoon tea for my sisters birthday, we have had many afternoon teas over the years and this is definitely one of the best we’ve had. Everything was so delicious, the sausage roll was something else and the sandwiches lovely and soft. You could tell lots of effort had gone in to every little bit. The apple crumble with warm custard part way through was a lovely surprise too and the unlimited tea and coffee is a massive bonus. A special mention must go to the lovely girls who were serving us as they are a credit to you. We can’t wait to come back again very soon. Thank you for a lovely afternoon :"

"I’m begrudgingly writing this review, as once you have been it’s the kind of place you want to be your best kept secret!! From the moment you step through the door you’re met by a young vibrant, enthusiastic (but not over the top) team. The menu is perfectly balanced and not overwhelming. We were lucky enough to be sat downstairs close to the well organised hustle and bustle of the kitchen, the atmosphere was great. Every dish that left the kitchen looked amazing. Just for the record I shared the mushrooms and Calamari for starters and had the Lamb kebabs.. all of which were amazing. Congratulations to all involved in this venture you have delivered an unpretentious friendly dining experience, which leaves you wanting to come back for more. The only downside to the venue is that I don’t live close enough!!"
