the owner will tell them that his kitchen is my kitchen because my family eats at least twice a week. the pho is always good and there is something for everyone. it is a little inconsistent and the service is not so great if the owners are not around, but still ours. I love the aubergine and Tofu dishes and my children will eat meatballs and garnel! I wasn't sure about this combo, but they like it! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Pho Saigon:
this was not a good experience because the one of the order has in it and we order boba, but never did it for us. when we got the sack, they were responsible for the boba. I must ask them to see the entry before the payment because they calculate it from the blue without giving them an entry. also my friend was up there almost after eating. I do not recommend coming if they want to get sick. View all feedback.
One of the family's favorite pho restaurants! The menu is fairly standard for a pho place. The spring rolls are fresh, and the soup arrives at the perfect temperature. The portion sizes are a bit smaller than what I've seen at other restaurants, but I actually think that's a positive because it prevents me from overindulging! The restaurant is very clean, and they often seat families with small children toward the back, which works well for us as it allows us to manage any little ones better. It's not the best choice for those looking for a quiet, intimate setting, but it’s perfect for a lively family meal!
Karl came by, and I was in the mood for Pho Ga—a delicious chicken soup to lift my spirits. As always, Pho Saigon didn’t disappoint; the broth was excellent and brightened my day. I was a bit taken aback by the price, though, especially with the added surcharge due to rising gas costs—my Chicken Pho came to $14 with tax. That’s quite steep for Pho! I'm not really complaining, just adjusting to the new reality of living in the Bay Area. Would I return? Absolutely—there aren’t many great Pho places in Serramonte. They just need to refine a few things.
Here’s my breakdown: - BBQ Sandwich: 9/10 - Perfect meat-to-bread ratio - Avocado Shake: 5/5 - Smooth and creamy - Thai Tea: 5/5 - Just the right sweetness - Vietnamese Iced Coffee: 4/5 - Perfect balance of coffee and condensed milk—not too bitter, not too sweet If you're craving BBQ pork sandwiches, I highly recommend Pho Saigon! Their drinks are great too!
I didn't not like my first experience here , some older guy attended me but had a attitude from the beginning I ordered a plate of pho no meat and got charged 13.75 , which is outrageous then i asked for chili sauce and this man looked straight in my eyes and says already in there , already in there so i take my time to open my bag and check which there wasn't any i asked for some and he insisted that they dont have any containers so i look back to a lady that was sitting across me making the chili sauce containers and asked her for some said thank you and was out my way but his face and attitude spoke levels of unprofessionalism
