This restaurant used to be owned by Vietnamese people, but it seems to have been sold to Chinese or other Asian owners, as the menu remains the same but the flavors are no longer authentic Vietnamese. For a more authentic experience, I recommend heading to Pho Cali on the east coast of Florida, where the owners and chefs are different.
