"The atmosphere and service at Crave is on point. I had the Chilean Sea Bass, which was good, but I think the pairings of the dish were a little off. While each individual part was good (bass, risotto, and mushrooms), the blend didn’t seem to pair. The mushrooms were sweet and had a sort “bbq” flavor, the risotto was a garlic cream base, and the seasoning on the fish seemed like basic fry seasoning. The mushrooms do compliment the aesthetics of the dish, I think a different combination of seasoning would work better maybe a typical butter/garlic. If the fish were grilled, then drizzled with a white wine lemon butter cream sauce, I think that would tie everything together. I don’t have all the answers, but I would definitely play with it and see what you come up with. Overall, happy I stopped by and would recommend this place."

"This is probably one of the top three Asian places in sioux city! I can't believe I didn't try it earlier! the staff was friendly and the food was fresh: the atmosphere was beautiful and it felt cleaner than many restaurants in the opposite."
