Thirty Five - South Somerset

What WymeswoldOFB likes about Thirty Five:
The restaurant is primarily a day time cafe but opens Friday and Saturday. Our group of ten had an enjoyable early evening dinner here. The location is very pleasant next to the river. I had calamari and then traditional fish and chips, as did most of our group. All nicely cooked and generous portions. The Rocketeer beer was also very good. Friendly and helpful staff. What HarrythePointer doesn't like about Thirty Five:
Potentially a great location. Understand the challenges of getting the right staff in place in these small villages… not mention the impact of 2nd home owners on these local communities… I did ask that either the cook or owner came and ate one of the dishes if they wanted me to pay for it, they declined and did not charge.. poor value all round View all feedback.
