a fabulous family-run pub, hotel and restaurant. an incredibly warm welcome, a wonderful quiet room with excellent en-suite shower and wc, a good selection of beers and the piece de resistances is eating! everything I can say is wow! is a wonderfully varied and delicious menu. the food is cooked to perfection and the service is error-free. a fabulous place to stay, eat, drink or (as in my case) all three. Beware . The menu on the website is totally different to the one in the pub. We were very disappointed with the choices. Only one steak and very expensive, no gammon or chicken dishes which would be expected in a pub menu. The chips are...very thin fries like Mc Donald’s but not as good.
