Firstly, I ordered lemongrass beef bao bun but they gave me BBQ Chicken, mostly occupied by cabbage. Also, only few sweet potato chips were cooked, thick was raw and hard. Moreover, I was charged $7 for iced coffee, even when I confronted that it costs just 4.90 in other shops, the cashier insisted that it’s 7. Absolutely fantastic dining experience! I enjoyed lunch at this restaurant and everything was exceptional. The food was top-notch, earning a perfect score of 5. The service was equally impressive, also a solid 5. And the atmosphere? It was delightful, creating a wonderful ambiance for a meal. Highly recommended!

Additionally, only a few of the sweet potato chips were cooked; the thick ones were raw and hard. To make matters worse, I was charged $7 for an iced coffee. When I pointed out that it costs only $4.90 at other places, the cashier insisted it was $7. I later checked the price on Menulog, and it was indeed $4.90. Overall, I had a terrible experience. I love Roll’d, but I will definitely not be returning to the Murdoch location!
