my friends have booked this restaurant and I was worried there would be no vegan options on the menu, what there was not, but when they book, they said they would be happy for me. we had a 5-course tasting that made the chefs and modified completely to make vegan friendly. eating and presentation was beautiful and I would like to see some vegan options permanently placed in the menu.
