We have visited Vertical a number of times and on this occasion there was seven of us. We were able to sit at the big table at the front and had an enjoyable relaxed occasion. For the price you pay you would expect basic table service. But no. A busy spot but lacking in good coffee and attention to detail. Messed up our order. First time I have ever had a hard boiled poached eggs and we had the added bonus of a hair in the scrabble eggs. Won't be coming back. read more.
