Excellent customer service, we were part of a private party and the bar staff were excellent chatty happy smiling and working hard to get everyone served, the food was a barbecue cooked outside so must have been a challenge due to the weather but my Burger was absolutely perfect with hot chips and a sausage alongside was outstanding, friend were staying in the hotel part so viewed the rooms and wow 5 star easy. Over priced poor quality food! Fries still frozen, burger over cooked. Wraps expensive and mostly consisted over raw out of date peppers. The wraps themselves tasted like just been defrosted . The toilets were dirty, broken and smelt View all feedback.
