"Bought a fish burger and fish chips from this place with my mate. In all honesty, the burger was average but expensive and plain nothing special. The only reason why I finished the burger was because the way they cooked the fish inside...was near perfect. If it wasn't for the fish, the burger would have been dumped. The fish and chips are pretty average though. Nothing different from the other fish and chip shops in Melbourne. It's expensive here."

"Came here recently with my partner to celebrate 1 year together. I hadn't been here for many years. The restaurant was busy but we were well looked after by our waiter. The ambience, service and food was all excellent for a French restaurant. The meal from the bread and butter, the classic steak au poivre, duck with sour cherries and the profiteroles for dessert were excellent. The wine list is huge and there is something for everyone.We will be coming back."
