Had to ask the server for salt , for bread , for filling my glass up every time even though the place wasn’t busy . At the end he left and I waited a while ,almost like begging them to give me my respected check. Ruined everything . "This was a perfect meal. Great craft cocktails. Every dish was prepared superbly.the fluke crude stood out as especially great. The redesign of the interior by the new ownership worked well. Considering the superb quality the pricing was quite fair.Service was excellent. The new owners as of had big shoes to fill , and they have filled them very well indeed. There is no restaurant on the North Fork that even comes close to this one, and that's saying a lot"
