What Jim Griffiths likes about Bark Brisket:
Lovely find in Southampton. Only the basement bar was open but the beers on offer were all excellent. We tried most of the Belgium beer on draft between the 3 of us. The music while slightly loud did not impact on conversation at all. Definitely a find possibly quieter than other bars because of the price of the beers (we are not complaining though). Would definitely return. View all feedback.

read moreNestled in the heart of Southampton, this charming basement bar is a must-visit for craft beer aficionados. With an impressive selection of Belgian and UK brews, patrons rave about the artisanal offerings and superb service. The inviting ambiance, featuring both cozy cellar seating and sunlit street-side spaces, sets the stage for unforgettable experiences. Guests appreciate the excellent value deals, like the Wednesday carving and waffle special, and the friendly staff goes above and beyond to accommodate diners. While the prices may be higher than average, the quality of food and drink ensures a return visit is always on the horizon.
