Needless to say service is slow. Till staff are always distracted by the staff cooking. The dining area is always covered in rubbish usually spilling...

We went to southampton bagate burger king and was shocked how dirty it was. Food all over the floor. Filthy tables and sticky floors.

"I'm happy to eat here all the time. it is a great corner from Greece with its delicious food brought in england. it makes me miss and remember more about Greece. "Had to complain that the coffee was cold, the server and his lackey thought it would be good customer service to laugh at me. Perhaps with future customers show some empathy, apologize and ask if you their is anything you can do to resolve the...problem. Not laugh. The server then went and stood outside for a smoke. Doesn't look very professional but thats just my opinion."

"Had a lovely date night at Bacaro, one of our favourite restaurants. The menu has changed since we last visited so we were looking forward to trying the new dishes. We had the olives, hummus with flatbread and beef croquettes (so good we ordered another plate) pork belly, salmon in filo pastry and Parmesan truffle fries, finishing with a brownie and pistachio gelato. The flavours were incredible, as always. Highly recommend The Chamberry cocktail too."
