I have been getting pizza here for years and I’ve NEVER had a problem. I order online on the Papa Johns website and get delivery. The guys delivering are always polite and friendly. Papa johns are the BEST pizzas around in my opinion. Don’t waste your money!! No wonder they have to do offers when deliver utter rubbish! Received an “American hot” pizza large…..2 slices of pepperoni on the whole pizza! Should advertise it as a cheese and tomato pizza! Phoned to complain and told another pizza would be delivered…….lets see read more.

Avoid! They take your money and then don't deliver. No refunds. Go elsewhere for a pizza. Bitterne branch

"Had to complain that the coffee was cold, the server and his lackey thought it would be good customer service to laugh at me. Perhaps with future customers show some empathy, apologize and ask if you their is anything you can do to resolve the...problem. Not laugh. The server then went and stood outside for a smoke. Doesn't look very professional but thats just my opinion."
