Bar 23 in the Crown Towers - Southbank

I met up with friends at this restaurant and had a casual experience. The staff at the entrance was friendly and let us in without any issues. The bar provided fast service and served high-quality drinks. There is an outdoor smoking area on the terrace with a fantastic view. The atmosphere was lively, and even though the place was crowded, there was no drama. The DJ played music that matched the crowd's mood and got the dancefloor pumped up just right. Overall, it was a great party experience and I would definitely recommend it to others.

We reserved a private room for a party and were pleased with the beautiful view overlooking the river and city. However, the food was average and lacked vegetarian options. Our tab included champagne, wine, beer, and soft drinks, but guests had to pay for pricey spirits. The staff collecting drinks were too hasty, clearing away unfinished drinks in front of guests without checking first. Despite requesting plates for the birthday cake twice, they never arrived, leading to most guests leaving without the cake being cut. Overall, we had a great night but there were several service issues that should not have occurred given the cost.
