It's not really surprising that this place is a tourist trap given it's excellent location on the southern side of the Yarra but to be told I was going to

"Really nice smoked and juicy meats. Seating is only outdoors so check the weather. When I went it was windy and raining. Not a great way to enjoy some good food. I just have to go back now. "Came here on a weekday lunch and paid $75 pp with a complementary drink. It was such a great experience and quite good value. We were all pretty happy. Wide range of foods and high-quality ingredients. Seafood was so fresh and the hot food was pretty great. Loves cheese selection, especially creamy blue cheese. If you want to taste a buffet restaurant and just try 1 I suggest winter garden should be your first choice."
