What Luis Burgos likes about Fortune House:
I'm a self proclaimed foodie and this is the best Chinese food in the area. I just recently moved to this area a year ago and tried so many of the Oxford and Seymour Chinese spots and was disappointed in 90%.Fortune house exceeded my expectations and is among the best I've had in CT. We have ordered from them twice because the reviews seemed positive. However, our experience has been bad both times. First time, they made a mistake with our order. Charged us for the shrimp with vegetables we ordered but gave us chicken! The food was very late- had to wait over 15 minutes past the time they said it would be ready.
