We are on holiday in Southend and Food arrived very quickly. , hot and correct! We ordered table service and manager Ryan was fantastic, he’s the first person at a McDonald’s to check we had everything we needed and offered ketchup and sugars which never happens. Slowest fast food in existence, no receipts with self checkout but staff not bothered. Rude manager and they press the meal is ready 5&10 min before it is to hit there rates but cause nothing but confusion at the pick up section. Worst Mac Donald's I have been to, got dirty looks from the staff on top of that while eating our meal eventually after it was ready.
