The food was fantastic and the customer service was top-notch! Although we didn't get the waiter's name, they were incredibly polite and made our first visit enjoyable. What User doesn't like about The Pier Arches Cafe:
Amazing service, very friendly member of staff. I wouldn 't quite call the portions large though, and the plaice and haddock were suprisingly bland. However, I didn 't want to complain as the waitress gave us such friendly customer service. Slightly surprised at the high reviews, might 've just been a bad catch from the fish mongers.
