we arrived about 5 minutes before our reservation. we sat at the bar because they wouldn't sit on us until 80 of our party was present. we sat about 20 minutes later. our server nicole was great! that always helps. drinking were amazing. get the hurrikan! most foods were good. wels beignets were delicious! my laugh was a little cooked. but overall we enjoyed and had a great time! eating at fishbones is always consistent, but the waiting times for a Saturday night after sitting was inappropriately long. entertainment was great. the restaurant was packed. I get it hard to find good service staff, but the waiting times for water were over 30 minutes after sitting.
