If I had a choice of picking zero stars for the service and atmosphere, I definitely would have. Super rude and definitely not a place you're going to get greet...

"Great place if all you want is a basic bagel. Bagels are so good on their own but I always get the Vegan Special which is a bagel with cream cheese and fresh veggies on it. Veggies are always ripe and crisp and flavorful. They 're generous with the spreads and toppings. I reccomend the garlic bagel and rosemary bagel but all that I 've tried are great. Lines are always long on weekends so I reccomend ordering ahead of time online (which will likely have 1st availability for pickup an hour out). Kind of annoying that it 's time consuming for a bagel but... honestly still worth it. Usuallt fully staffed with all hands on deck, they are all nice and work hard to keep things efficient. I was impressed when I ordered in store last time as the worker put on a new pair of gloves and was meticulous while making my sandwich with care. Would definitely be better if we had some vegan egg/sausage/cheese type options but cream cheese will do for now. They also have fresh fruit cups, coffee, juices, kombuchas, etc. available for purchase."

"Thank you big boy. We tried another nearby restaurant and it was too loud and crowded and we had to leave. We came to this big boy and the food was outstanding...exceeding all of our expectations. Very nice waitress. Forget her name had mask with a bling A. We have all gone to big boy restautants for decades. This new location does not have the big boy outside but does serve good food inside."

"Any one who has any doubts about this place has never had a good meal in there life, this is the top of the top best place to go, I've never experienced fine dining Italian food like this not even in Italy, I went in an tasted every item on the menu An it was an amazing experience!
