10/10 EVERYTIME! I work in the area and I’m SO happy this club is here! Others in the area don’t compare! I actually pass the one near my home just to get my items from here! I’ve never had a shake or tea I didn’t like from here. Other places water down their products, not Southfield! He makes his teas “stronger” because he knows his customers enjoy them later in the day and who wants a watered down tea!?The guy that is there in the morning (I think he’s the owner) is always nice, kind, pleasant , and great with recommendations! He knows his stuff! I normally go like once or twice a week! You can clearly tell customer service is a focal point for this location. All staff is nice, patient, and professional!.
Joe is great! Makes the best shakes and takes care of ya when you’ve had negative experiences at other locations.
