What Hillary Jones likes about Dunkin':
The two girls working the drive thru tonight 8/22 were very sweet and patient. There were 6 of us total with 2 toddlers yelling in the background and they were so patient and kind while we place our order. Our drinks were delicious, but just wanted to give the two girls at the drive thru kudos on their customer service View all feedback.
What Jason K doesn't like about Dunkin':
I am a regular patron of Dunks back home and needed a coffee after exercising at an ungodly hour in the morning after a wedding. I ordered the usual medium coffee with 2 mocha swirl. When I drank it, the coffee was burnt and had undetectable mocha swirl; I have a slight feeling that they didn't add the mocha swirl. Third time in a row the dunkin on Meriden Waterbury rd by AMC theaters messed up order. Very disorganized. Order ahead merging with drive thru very inefficient....
