The pizza is consistently huge, but the service can be hit or miss. I've had my pizza delivered to the wrong table before, and once my order wasn't even placed over the phone. However, I have to admit that the pizza is always delicious. I keep coming back for more. View all feedback.

The service at this restaurant is deteriorating and in desperate need of a good manager. The pizza, made in a great new oasis style, always has amazing quality. The only reason for giving it 4 stars is due to the staff being very unorganized. Despite renovations, there are still long lines and wait times that exceed what was originally communicated over the phone. View all feedback.
I am extremely disappointed. An almost $40.00 order and it was ALL Incorrect. I ordered the new haven special, small with double dough, add ricotta onion and extra olive oil, and 12 wings hot, the pizza was undercooked, they brought it back, still undercooked, for a new haven apizza, it should be well done. The wings have the wrong flavor. We got BBQ TRIED calling but they closed 10 minutes ago. The girl knew my pizza was messed up before I left, and I inquired about a refund, bur she took my number for the owner. I thought when I sent it back, they were remaking it the correct way. With the onions, etc. This place used to be my Go to but now, I feel robbed, we are hungry, and we won 't eat this.

This place is HORRIBLE!!! Twice now I 've ordered pizza and when I arrive to pick it up they tell me the ticket is lost . How does that happen on TWO DIFFERENT occasions ??! Everyone is standing around doing absolutely nothing and can 't make a SMALL pizza ??! Service: 1
The hours on the website do not match the hours of the actual restaurant. Website said it says 11:30 a.m. but we got there and it said doesn't open till 4:00 p.m..
Def very crispy pizza, but I like it that way! I only wish that it wasn't so pricey for a whole pizza, and that slices were available in more than pepperoni and cheese. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
