First time here and I was not disappointed. The concept of a zeppelin (salad stuffed in hollow bread roll) was totally new but it’s a pretty good idea. Easy way to get a full meal with protein, veggies and carbs. They have lots of set orders but can also build your own with their wide variety of veggies, proteins and sauces/dressings. We went here about a month half ago and it was horrible! Our salad wasn't chopped and our chicken was raw. My son got chicken fingers and it took 15 minutes and was basically burnt. I filed a complaint after we left and never heard back from the manager. This location was great back in 2017 but it has gone down hill since then. Go get a salad anywhere in Southlake.
