First time here and I was not disappointed. The concept of a zeppelin (salad stuffed in hollow bread roll) was totally new but it’s a pretty good idea. Easy way to get a full meal with protein, veggies and carbs. They have lots of set orders but can also build your own with their wide variety of veggies, proteins and sauces/dressings. What Amber R doesn't like about Bread Zeppelin:
We went here about a month half ago and it was horrible! Our salad wasn't chopped and our chicken was raw. My son got chicken fingers and it took 15 minutes and was basically burnt. I filed a complaint after we left and never heard back from the manager. This location was great back in 2017 but it has gone down hill since then. Go get a salad anywhere in Southlake. First time ordering delivery. The online app is missing items advertised advertised on their online menu. We called the store and they said they would watch for the order. Received a text that order was on the way, then another text that the order was cancelled because the driver couldn’t find where to deliver it. Called the store again and the person we spoke to earlier was gone. The person who answered didn’t know what to do. Very disappointed.
Bread Zeppelin is a go to dining choice whenever we are in the metroplex. We discovered it by chance several years ago, and it is still one of our favorite places to eat. Their unique hybrid take of salad and sandwich (a zeppelin! is so good! We only wish there was one where we live.Food: 5/5

What a great concept. If you feel like most sandwiches have too much bread and you often want more than just a salad, this place combines the two very well. Think of a salad stuffed into a hollowed-out submarine roll. Four of us and all with different selections and all good. Mine happened to be the Tajano Caesar. The flavor was wonderful and different. The bread was fresh and like the concept is designed for, just the right amount. This was an order ahead pick up. It was finished just as we walked into the door at the promised time. Simply a good non-sandwich sandwich place.
Food was very good fresh. And very nice size portion. Jackson who prepared. My food was amazing as all the other young men were really enjoyed this experience. I will be back.Food: 5/5
