She knows her customers and greets them with a caring and enthusiastic manner. And it makes my entire day when I have a hand written, happy note or motivational stickers on my cup! What rob doesn't like about Starbucks:
Worst Starbucks I’ve ever experienced. This might as well become a drive though ONLY service location. People behind the counter ignore inside customers over handling drive through business. The people that do service the counter will ignore you completely until they are ready. My barista was Roxy, and she makes the BEST drinks ever!!! I will drive 30 minutes to come here. She is amazing!
This location has the most rude and stuck up employees I've ever seen , specifically this one girl and this one guy that work there . If you like snobby people , this is your place to go , if not , id find another Starbucks location.
