"Restaurant management re customer relations is terrific two different people who answered the phone were equally gracious and accommodating as we needed to change our reservation twice. And the reception upon arrival was warm and efficient, immediately seating us at our table. Service was a bit hit or miss; we waited so long for my wife's drink to arrive that over that time she changed her mind, and we had time to change the order to the same thing I was drinking. The tuna poke salad and burrata appetizers were both delicious; my wife felt her burrata was the best she'd tasted. And the roast chicken and peach cake were equally good. Restaurant is extremely loud, but feels pleasantly upbeat, and we and other diners all seemed to be having a good time."

"Came here on a weekday in summer waited only about 10 minutes to sit. Service was on point and very friendly. Expect waiting times to be longer on weekends. The food was excellent! It lies directly on the shores of the canal, so it has a great view. You can even see the peconic bay and the north fork! Some critics complain about the use of plastic forks and paperboard. Who?
