"What a fantastic little place this is . We'd no sooner sat down when there were two glasses of iced water in the table for us . A really varied selection of Greek/Turkish and Spanish tapas , which you can mix to get the selection you want . The food was really lovely and the owners friendly banter made you feel like you'd known him for years.. Top food , top drinks , top service , and the bill was very reasonable. We were only in Southport for one night , and so glad we chose bistro bar med , and we'll definitely be booking in there again when over that way."

"A hidden gem in Blackpool. We were presented with the art of food in a plate they cook from fresh and the chef shows all his love and passion in every single plate. Lovely restaurant, romantic place, delicious food all that including the friendly owners makes you enjoy every moment. Thank you guys for the lovely dinner that we had with you twice during our stay in Blackpool and we will deffinitely come back because of you! Highly recommended!"

"I felt the need to post this review due to rhe amount I was charged for a takeaway. Two chicken salad sandwiches one scone and on Rocky Road it was £14.75 sandwiches were on bread in a box with a few crisp bit of coleslaw and salad. Safe to say I will not be going again for a sandwich."
