I always liked this place. it was great for families and always had a dart and pool team. had great music evenings. Previously a fabulous Sunday roast. it was taken over by people who tried to make it in some kind of student pub and it didn't work. it has now been taken by someone else. the new facility is nice, the bar staff last night....fabulous I don't know if they do again, but I'll go back and I hope it's what... Since the new landlords have taken over the pub had drastically gone down hill. A hoover and a clean wouldnt go a miss. Its like walking into a pig sty. Cant even be bothered to take the locks of the back doors. Such a shame, have heard other grumbles from a few regulars too who are moving on to the Oyster house, as will i. View all feedback.
