Stopped by for tea and cake. Refused to serve me tea in my reusable cup saying unhygienic. I politely explained that can fill a reusable cup without touching it using a tray or mug. Really odd and rude response that coffee flown across world and so why was I fussing about disposable cups. Has to be the worst response I've had about this.
